We moved into our San Cristobal de las Casas production facility in February of 2010.
It is a 3123 m2 area with 2 houses, a rustic 2 storey apartment and a log cabin/brick warehouse that has been converted into our roastery. Here we live and have our head office and coffee bar. We have expanded the cabin and roastery. In July of 2012 we moved our production to the Na Bolom facilities en Aserraderos 15 close to UACH. In January 2013 we expanded our processing line further with a 5000m property on the exit of San Cristobal heading to Ocosingo.
